Forty years of Joel Sansone’s art career have been focused on creating art with vitreous (“glass”) enamel on copper. He and his wife Pamela spent twenty of those years in their own studio in Los Olivos, California. It was known as Sansone Studio Gallery and since then he has transitioned into other mediums. In the words of Wyndham Lewis, “Art is the expression of an enormous preference.” Joel believes that the greatest freedom for an artist is to explore and create.
